Hi, I’m Josh! My wife Silvia and I started Modern Feather Properties as a way to help our friends and neighbors navigate the complicated world of Real Estate. We’re a veteran owned/operated small business based in Fort Worth, Texas. Together, we have over 20 years of experience working in both Corporate and Federal Government positions. Besides Real Estate, our previous fields include banking, software implementation, data analysis, and military mission support.
